An update on fees paid by bowling clubs to he City of Toronto. The City raised the fee charged to the club from $22.60 to $3,000 plus hst, in 2012 and has hiked fees another 3% for 2013. Some clubs received a grant to help with operations, these were stopped at the same time as the fee increase. One club has been forced to close and others may follow.
